What you like to eat - Where you like to eat

Each Breakfast includes fruit juice, a mix of local berries, topped with yogurt if you like, and your choice of coffee, tea or herbal tea.

The omelettes if you wish

Each omelette starts with two large eggs and is served with whole wheat toast and your choice of locally made jams and jellies.

Prepared to your preference using a mix of fresh, in season vegetables.

Most requested breakfast

Phil’s seafood omelette is the most popular breakfast by far! It features a generous portion of succulent scallops and the tender sweet shrimp from the Caraquet wharf with Canadian Cheddar folded inside.

Barbara’s favourite

This Greek-style omelette features lots of oregano, slim slices of broccoli stems, bits of peppers and onions folded over a generous serving of Feta Cheese.

The Lewis

Lewis has stayed with us at least a dozen times, but who’s counting? No matter the season or the weather, his day is off to the best start with ‘The Lewis’, an egg-free breakfast created by Phil to satisfy; enjoy a generous stack of toast smothered with thick seafood sauce.

French toast –

Is it breakfast or a scrumptious dessert?

Guests have traveled 100s of kilometres just to taste this again. You can watch Phil prepare this but will you see the secret ingredients that make this French toast so special? It looks ordinary, but the taste . . . Served with a generous slice of baked ham if you wish. Presented with a full pitcher of locally harvested dark maple syrup.
