One of the happier changes in 2022 was the adoption of Ezekiel the kitten. He has grown to 10 times in weight since we found him at Restigouche SPCA.  We now call him Zeke, our housecat.

He zooms around the main floor common area and snoozes on the leather love seat with a view of the ocean. He usually joins us at the front door when we welcome guests and has even been invited into their bedroom! He’s being trained to stay out of the guests’ rooms. He’s learning what’s off limits and how to keep his water and food in the tray on the kitchen floor. Guests have been so taken with Zeke that we will now be posting updates about Zeke, the house cat.
